Pullman Auckland Hotel & Apartments

We thoroughly enjoyed out night. There was a tiny miix up with rooms that was sorted straight away. We had dinner at the restaurant and that was super delicious. The room was warm, the bed was ridiculously comfortable. Didn't realize the USB charger was in the bed light until I basically fell asleep Staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean. Restaurant staff were very attentive.

I was surprised when the staff told me that we were upgraded to a deluxe suite with 2 beds!! That was a great experience knowing that we were celebrating my husband's birthday there and loved the jacuzzi pool in the pool area. We love that we have a lounge area where kids can play. Thank you as well for the complimentary chocolate and letter! We had a great time🙂

The breakfast was superb, I think they catered for everyone with choices they had. The location was a short walk into town by some great shops on Queen street and down by the wharf etc... nice quick 10 minutes walk down to Spark Arena if you are there for a concert. The lovely Japanese lady who has only been working there for 2 to 3 weeks showed us to our room, she was so nice, talkative and very helpful.

Buffet breakfast, staff member that was on the breakfast front of house - young man - first 2x mornings. Thursday AM & Friday AM - amazing service. An asset to the Pullman. 10/10. Beds super comfy - perfect pillows - perfect clean.

I was unwell when I arrived in Auckland and dreaded looking for a doctor at an after hours facility. I contacted the front desk who arranged for a doctor to make a room call. It was amazing the doctor was fantastic and I was able to continue to my conference the following day. Amazing service !
